Indian Head Massage, in its traditional form, is based on Ayurveda which is recorded as India’s oldest healing system having been practised in India for thousands of years.
What may surprise you is that Indian Head Massage focuses not only on the head and face, but has developed to include other parts of the body such as the shoulders, neck and upper arms-areas which are often vulnerable to stress related tension which can result in pain and discomfort.

As a therapist, I support you in monitoring the effectiveness of your treatments in order to let you make an informed choice about whether Indian Head Massage is right for you at the moment.
During a treatment, you can choose to remain fully clothed, or simply uncover the top of the back and shoulder area to incorporate the use of an oil in your treatment such as from the Neal's Yard Remedies range.

Soul-Search Therapies fully acknowledges that there may be certain times when an appointment needs to be rearranged. I do ask however, that any appointment cancellations must be made no later than 6pm the day before, so I am able to reallocate the treatment slot. Late cancellation may result in being charged for up to the cost of the treatment.
